Service Description

Designed to stimulate the mind-body connection through asana, Pranayama & meditation. A gentle flow to slowly limber the body, releasing tension throughout the body with a heavy focus on the breath and holding postures. Each week will have a different focus and every class has a 10 minute guided meditation to end. A wonderful way to begin your afternoon in a beautiful location. Suitable for all levels and modifications available. *Once you have booked this class, you can find the Zoom Meeting link in your confirmation & reminder emails, as well as in the Members Area of the Wix app.
