Yoga in nature is my favourite place to practice and there is nothing more magical than witnessing the sunrise on a new day at the same time. Connect with the elements, the mind, body & soul with this unforgettable sunrise yoga class. An energising flow followed by a grounding meditation.

Water nourishes the body and soul. Connecting to the water element during your yoga practice will help bring you into a state of calm and a deep appreciation for our beautiful surroundings. Sunset is such a magical time to practice and connect with the elements.
