POLYNESIAN WELLNESS 

 A unique class that combines the art of Polynesian Dance & the essence of Yoga. A way for me to share my beautiful culture and passion for well-being. Monthly classes in Brixham, Torquay, & Totnes.​Join me once a month to empower your mind, body, and soul. Love your incredible body, move your hips, and learn about the beauty of Polynesian Culture whilst you do it. The philosophies of Polynesian Dance teach us to move gracefully through life with kindness and compassion and show our love and appreciation for Mother Nature. Through this style of dance, we tell stories of our ancestor's adventures, love, and nature. I believe these wonderful traditions should be kept alive and shared with our communities to bring joy, happiness, and connection.

Over the 1.5-hour class the structure is;-

  • Gentle warm-up to bring your awareness to your breath & get the body prepared for dancing.

  • Polynesian hip movement techniques & drills.- Practice Polynesian Dances (we have a collection of dances to practice & memorise together).

  • Cool down to stretch off, and release any tension, ending with gratitude & appreciation for our beautiful bodies.​

*WhatsApp Group to stay connected between classes.No previous dance experience is needed just an open heart and mind and willingness to learn and have fun. All ages and bodies are welcome. Polynesian print sarongs provided. Wear comfortable clothes easy to move freely in (leggings or cycling shorts are best). Any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.​
