This unique class combines the art of dance and the essence of yoga. Embrace your beautiful body, move your hips and learn about the beautiful Polynesian Culture whilst you do it. Beginning with a yoga warm-up to get the body prepared and bring you into the present moment. You will then move on to the dance part of the class, where you will learn Polynesian style hip movements, practising drills and learning dances. Finally, each class will end with a yoga cool down to release any tension built up in the body and ensure we are strengthening not weakening.
