Join us for a fun and cultural monthly women's gathering where you'll confidently elevate your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being! Embrace the magnificence of your body, let your hips sway, and get ready to dive deep into the enchanting world of Polynesian Culture! The philosophies of Polynesian Dance guide us to navigate life gracefully with kindness and compassion, while expressing our love and gratitude towards Mother Nature. Through this captivating art form, we pay tribute to the stories of our ancestors' journeys, emotions, and the natural world. I firmly advocate for preserving and spreading these invaluable traditions within our communities to foster joy, happiness, and unity.
During the 1.5-hour class, the session is structured as follows:

- A gentle warm-up to focus on your breath and prepare the body for dancing.
- Instruction on Polynesian hip movement techniques and drills.
- Participation in dances from various regions of the Pacific, with a selection of dances to practice and learn together.
- A cool-down segment for stretching and tension release, concluding with expressions of gratitude and appreciation for our bodies.
*Join our WhatsApp group to stay connected between classes. No prior dance experience is necessary—just an open heart a willingness to learn, and a desire to fun. All ages and body types are welcome. Polynesian sarongs will be provided; please wear comfortable clothing for easy movement (leggings or cycling shorts work). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
