My Story

Hello & Welcome!

I'm Nicola and I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my core teachings and practices, as I focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings. I offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of my clients achieve the mind, body, spirit connection.

I started my yoga journey in 2015 and in 2019 completed the Hatha Yoga Teacher training with British School of Yoga and am currently studying for my Meditation Teacher Diploma with Centre Of Excellence. I have been sharing my practice and teaching yoga since 2018 around Torbay. I have also spent the last 2 years working with schools around The Bay introducing the basics of yoga and how yoga can relieve stress and anxiety. I recently joined Urban Yogis UK (click on name to head to their website) I am super excited to be working with their South West Team. They are youth and Community organisation that aim to share Yoga to help support & improve peoples mental and physical health.

My passion for yoga grew as I saw the physical benefits when it helped to heal an ongoing knee injury and how my mind found clarity through the continuous spiritual journey that yoga offers. The philosophies of yoga fascinate me and how these ancient teachings are still so relevant in today's day and age. My goal is to use my personal journey to help others find a deep spiritual awakening. Yoga provides us with the tools needed to help heal the mind, body & spirit. I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and is a powerful tool to bring balance into our lives.

I have also developed a unique style of combining yoga and my Polynesian roots together to create 'Polynesian Wellness' which embraces the aloha way of living in harmony with the people and land around you with mercy, sympathy, grace, and kindness. Bringing together the art of dance and mindfulness of yoga. I have been blessed to have danced professionally with The Kiribati & Tuvalu Association and Beats of Polynesia travelling around Europe and Caribbean sharing my pacific culture and their philosophies.
