My teaching style is Hatha and Vinyasa, focusing deeply on the breath through mindful movement. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. Specialising in long guided meditations to help our bodies can process the benefits of asana, connect deeper within and bring clarity & loving-kindness to our mind & soul. Who doesn't love a long Shavasana right!
I incorporate essential oils into every class I teach to help awaken the senses and support our practice with their many benefits, including calming the nervous system, uplifting our mood, and helping with focus and concentration.

About My Practice

WEEKLY CLASSES
Integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing. Each week the classes will have a theme so all aspects of the practice are covered and you as the practitioner are able to feel progression over time. Scroll down for more information on the classes I guide and please don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions.

My schedule aligns with the seasonal shifts so we can make the most of being out in nature when we can. Outdoor classes run between April-Sept. Head to the EVENTS page for outdoor classes throughout the spring/summer.

​Restore & Balance
Restorative Yoga & Mediation
This class is a great way to begin the week by gently moving the body, calming the mind, and connecting with the soul. Bringing balance to the whole being. We will begin each class with breathing techniques, then use props for restorative postures to reduce stress and promote better sleep. Ends with a 20-minute guided meditation. Great for beginners and those wanting something more gentle. Blocks, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided.

Ground through breath & movement and connect deeper nature & our beautiful surroundings. The best location in Torbay for Sunset Yoga & Meditation class.
This popular flow class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Release the stresses of your day both in body and mind allowing you to have a restful evening. In the first half of the class, we flow through gentle vinyasa sequences to build strength and stability and in the second half of the class, we will explore restorative postures to go deeper within preparing ourselves for relaxation. Ending with a long guided meditation to help bring clarity to the mind. Suitable for all levels with modifications offered throughout. Limited spaces so booking is essential.


MOVE & NURTURE
GENTLE HATHA YOGA & MEDITATION
Move your body, nurture your soul, and calm the mind in this gentle Hatha Yoga class. Hatha Yoga is designed to stimulate the mind-body connection through Asana, Pranayama & Meditation. This gentle class slowly limbers the body, releasing tension throughout the body through various postures with a heavy focus on the breath. Ending with a 10-minute guided meditation. A wonderful way to begin your afternoon & some of my yogis enjoy having a sociable coffee together at The Larder after class (all welcome). Suitable for all levels including beginners and modifications available.
