My teaching style is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa, focusing deeply on the breath through mindful movement. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. Specialising in long guided meditations so our bodies can process the benefits and show our minds some loving-kindness, who doesn't love a long Shavasana right!

Begin, continue or delve deeper into your practice with me. Suitable for all levels and all beings.

I look forward to seeing your beautiful souls on the mat.

Integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing. Every week there is a different focus so all aspects are covered and you as the practitioner are able to feel progression overtime.

See the weekly classes I offer below and please don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions.

Including Sun Salutations every class to help memorise and build confidence in a flow. Ending with a 10 minute guided meditation and positive affirmation for the day. A wonderful way to begin your day! As this class is weather dependent if I have to cancel this class will be on ZOOM so keep an eye out for emails on the day.

Monday 18:30-19:30

Parkham Field, Brixham

The first half of the class will be vinyasa style to help energise the body and the second half yin-inspired to cool things down before a long guided meditation. Vinyasa focuses on flowing with your breath from one asana to the next, while yin is all about holding postures for a few minutes at a time. This class is a great way to begin the week by moving the body, calming the mind, and connecting with the soul. Bringing balance to the whole being. Suitable for all levels. Don't forget to bring along your own blanket & mat if you have one. As this class is weather dependent if I have to cancel this class will be on ZOOM so keep an eye out for emails on the day.

Thursday 12:30-13:30

Lupton House, Brixham

This traditional style of yoga is designed to stimulate the mind-body connection through asana, Pranayama & meditation. A gentle flow to slowly limber the body, releasing tension throughout the body through various postures with a heavy focus on the breath. Each week will have a different focus and every class has a 10 minute guided meditation to end. A wonderful way to begin your afternoon in a beautiful location. Suitable for all levels and modifications available. Please bring your own mat but if you don't have one just give me a message and I'll bring one along for you.

Thursday 19:00-20:00

Ground through asanas and connect with pranayama and meditation. This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Release the stresses of your day both in body and mind allowing you to have a restful evening. A long guided meditation to finish the class allowing you to embrace the stillness.

"Inhale calm and peace, exhale what no longer serves you.
Inhale new Prana, life force energy, exhale that which holds you back.
Inhale light from All, exhale that which limits your spirit.
Inhale strength and health, exhale worry and doubt.
Inhale the vast support from the Universe and exhale all else."
