ABOUT MY PRACTICE

My teaching style is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa, focusing deeply on the breath through mindful movement. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. Specialising in long guided meditations so our bodies can process the benefits and show our minds some loving-kindness, who doesn't love a long Shavasana right! 

Begin, continue or delve deeper into your practice with me. Suitable for all levels and all beings.

PUBLIC CLASSES

Integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing. Every week there is a different focus so all aspects are covered and you as the practitioner are able to feel progression overtime.

Start your day right by being present in the moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps to create the energy needed for the day ahead with a clear and positive mind. Including Sun Salutations every class to help memorise and build confidence in a flow. With a different focus each week flowing through a gentle vinyasa style. Ending with a 10 minute guided meditation and positive affirmation for the day. A wonderful way to begin your day!

RESTORE & BALANCE

RESTORATIVE YOGA & MEDITATION

Monday 18:30-19:30

This class is a great way to begin the week by gently moving the body, calming the mind, and connecting with the soul. Bringing balance to the whole being. We will begin each class with breathing techniques, then use props for restorative postures to reduce stress and promote better sleep. Ending with a 20 minute guided meditation. Great for beginners and those wanting something more gentle. Bring along your own blanket and cushion for meditation. Blocks and eye pillows will be provided.

GENTLE HATHA YOGA

This traditional style of yoga is designed to stimulate the mind-body connection through asana, Pranayama & meditation. A gentle flow to slowly limber the body, releasing tension throughout the body through various postures with a heavy focus on the breath. Each week will have a different focus and every class has a 10 minute guided meditation to end. A wonderful way to begin your afternoon in a beautiful location. Suitable for all levels and modifications available.

GROUND & CONNECT

MOON YOGA FLOW

Ground through asanas and connect with pranayama and meditation. This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. I focus on the lunar cycle and plan the class based on what's is happening in the universe. A long guided meditation to finish the class allowing you to embrace the stillness.

PRIVATE CLASSES

A Personal Experience

I am available to teach private classes (1-2-1 or small groups) in the comfort of your home or outdoor in the Torbay area. I am also available for private online zoom classes.

All classes are tailored to your wants and needs whether that is an energising flow or breathwork and meditation. I got you! I will also create a short video tailored for you so you can practice at home in between our session together.
