Mandala Flow is a Vinyasa Style sequence working through a sequence of postures to complete a full circle around your mat. This sequence focus on balance and standing poses bringing stability to both mind and body. The second half of the class is all about cooling down the body releasing any built up tension, preparing for a guided meditation to seal the practice.
