Summer Solstice Workshop with Nicola & Nina

Join me and the lovely Nina as we continue to celebrate the wheel of life.

At the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, we are fully awake. Our spirits are alive, refreshed, renewed, energised; all that good, juicy, rich stuff we feel in the sun. On these long days of summer, our spirits yearn to be out, to feel alive, to be moving, and celebrating.

We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate this time of year than a magical day of hiking our stunning coastline and stopping off at a beautiful beach along the way for yoga, meditation, and connection. Nina will lead a silent walk along the coastal path down to Mansands Beach to really help us connect with nature, and be fully present in the moment. Once at the beach I will guide the first half of the yoga practice with an energising sun salutation flow and Nina will guide the second half with some yummy yin! The practice will end in a guided meditation led by myself helping us to connect with our solar plexus, the fire element, and our inner power.

The coastal walk will create a loop back to Sharkham Point where we will begin. For anyone who hasn't done this coastal walk before there are some parts that are challenging with one part having a steep descent but is nonetheless not to be missed but worth mentioning. This walk is 5.9 miles so ensure to wear the right footwear, bring along your own mat, water, and light snacks if needed. We will meet at the top car park at Sharkham Point and I will email a few days before the event a Google maps image of where to meet and contact details if you need to get in touch. We can't wait to celebrate the summer solstice with you, out in nature, connecting with the elements and each other.
