Full Moon Yoga Ritual

Join me for a magical evening celebrating the Full Moon in Pisces. A time for growth, reflection, and connecting deeply with your soul. The full moon is a time for gratitude and celebrating the blessings in our lives. We will thank the universe for life with a full moon flow and guided meditation using essentials oils to help bring peace and balance. Ending with some full moon rituals including crystal cleansing and journaling. I will also have a moonstone crystal for you all to cleanse and take home with you. Bring your own mat, blanket, journal, and anything else to help you be comfortable and warm. 

Weather permitting we will be at Berry Head overlooking the cliffs watching the sunset and moonrise, but if we are unable to be outside I will hold the session at The Edge, Brixham and ZOOM as well. I will keep you updated via email…
