Family Yoga - Geopark Festival

Family Yoga is a fun and engaging yoga class to connect with Nature in a perfect setting overlooking our beautiful Geopark at the stunning Redcliffe Hotel. A special and memorable experience to strengthen bonds and promote a healthy lifestyle together as a family. 

What to expect;

> Breathwork to help connect with the body and calm the nervous system

> Fun active yoga poses to help connect with nature and one another 

> Calming mindfulness exercises with guided relaxation and short meditation

All ages and levels are welcome! This is an inclusive class to ensure everyone gets the most out of practicing yoga together as a family. Bring your own mat if you have one (but I do have some so please get in touch if you need a mat).
