Pop-up Beach Yoga

The weather forecast for this Saturday looks perfect so I wanted to make the most of it and offer a morning beach yoga class at this stunning beach! St Mary's beach is a little hidden gem, with stunning views as you walk down to the beach. I've timed it on a low tide so there will be plenty of beach for our practice and I don't think many people will be around at this time. Just to pre-warn  if you have never been before there are a lot of steps to get down to the beach but it is 100% worth it. Plus we will have a good stretch on the beach and take our time going back up. We will meet at Sharkham Car Park at 7:45 am then head down together. Hope to sea you on the mat lovelies...and I will be offering more of these over the summer so keep an eye out!
