08.08.23 is the peak of the Lion's Gate Portal, the greatest energy shift of the year, when the Earth aligns with the star system Sirius creating a gateway between physical and spiritual worlds. One of the many things we can expect is an opening of the solar plexus, so I thought what a perfect way to connect with this energy by doing a Solar Plexus Yoga Flow and Guided Meditation with positive affirmations all as the sun rises on this beautiful beach. Join me in this prime time to manifest abundance and show yourself some love & appreciation. Awaken your soul, connect with nature & the universal energies, and invite transformation.
