Join me and the lovely Nina for our Spring Renewal Yoga Workshop at Stokeinteignhead Village Hall. During this 3 hour workshop, there will be flowing yoga sequences, yin yoga, guided relaxation, meditation, and a circle of intention. With time for tea, cake, and connection before we leave. Our intention is that you leave feeling inspired, connected, and with a sense of renewal. Ready for this shift in seasons. The long winter months can often leave us feeling tired and lethargic, and in need of a little extra TLC. This workshop is an opportunity for you to take some time out, give yourself permission to truly relax, rest, and recharge your batteries.
