Coastal Hike & Yoga

This Hike has to be one of my favourite walks so had to offer it again this year. Honestly, you wouldn't want to miss it! 

We will start at Brownstone Car Park, head down past The Daymark which is just stunning, then walk down to the WW2 military site at Froward Point and continue along the coastal path back up towards Coleton. We will stop halfway for an unforgettable yoga class right by the sea with breathtaking views of our gorgeous coastline. This is a 3-mile walk in total with some steep ascents and descents and steps, so make sure to wear appropriate footwear. 

Bring your own mat, drink, and sunscreen. I will bring along fruit & cake for everyone! It will be an incredible day filled with breathtaking views allowing us to connect with nature and all the elements. Limited spaces with a maximum of 8 people.
