It is a blessing and honour to bring together these sacred practices of Yoga and Sound Healing to support our community over the Autumn/Winter months. It's a time to slow down and nurture ourselves over the colder months and an opportunity to turn inward and focus on self-care and personal growth.

Myself and Gemma have put together the most magical and enchanting evening of candlelit restorative yoga accompanied by frequencies that will resonate throughout your mind, body, & soul to bring you rest, deep relaxation, and vibrations of love & healing. We will be in the main theatre hall which was once a church, creating the perfect acoustics to experience the instruments at their very best.

The session will include breath-work to ground and connect with the body, restorative yoga to gently release stagnant energy, and a healing sound bath experience to calm the nervous system. Combining the art of…
