It is a blessing and honour to bring together these sacred practices of Yoga and Sound Healing to support our community over the Autumn/Winter months. It's a time to slow down and nurture ourselves over the colder months and an opportunity to turn inward and focus on self-care and personal growth.

Myself and Gemma have put together the most magical and enchanting evening of candlelit restorative yoga accompanied by frequencies that will resonate throughout your mind, body, & soul to bring you rest, deep relaxation, and vibrations of love & healing. We will be in the main theatre hall which was once a church, creating the perfect acoustics to experience the instruments at their very best.

The session will include breath-work to ground and connect with the body, restorative yoga to gently release stagnant energy, and a healing sound bath experience to calm the nervous system. Combining the art of gentle mindful movement and sound healing to give ourselves some well-deserved love, kindness, and compassion. There will be essential oils used throughout to help ground and awaken the senses.

Wear comfortable warm clothing, bring your own mat if you have one and a cushion. Blankets, blocks, and eye pillows will be provided. Bring a bottle of water or maybe even a warm flask if you want something warm to drink.
