Yoga Picnic with Nicola & Sadie

We will meet at Fishcombe in front of the holiday homes and the entrance to the woods. Walk along the beautiful coast through Churston Cove to Elberry Cove where will do an hour's yoga class and enjoy a wonderful picnic made by The Larder! 

The yoga part will be straight after our walk, the first half led by Sadie an energising flow, and the second half will be led by me where we will slow down and prepare for a guided meditation.

Ending the morning with our incredible picnic baskets and inside will be:

Watermelon, Cucumber, Avocado & Feta Salad

5 Doors Up rustic baguettes

Homemade sun-dried tomato Salad

Marinated mixed olives

Homemade scones with strawberry jam & Cornish clotted cream
