In collaboration with The Larder. Join me for an unforgettable morning. Meeting at Fishcombe then walking to Elberry Cove where we will have an hour's yoga class followed by a yummy picnic on the beach!

About the event
We will meet at Fishcombe in front of Fishcombe Holiday Park and the entrance to the woods. From there we will walk along the beautiful coast through Churston Cove to Elberry Cove where will do an hour's yoga class and enjoy a wonderful picnic made by The Larder!
The yoga part will be straight after our walk, the first half will be an energising flow, and in the second half we will slow down holding postures for a few minutes, preparing for a guided meditation.
Ending the morning with our incredible picnic baskets and inside will be:
Watermelon, Cucumber, Avocado & Feta Salad
Homemade sun-dried tomato Salad
5 Doors Up rustic baguettes
