Yoga & Dine at The Guardhouse Cafe

Enjoy an evening of yoga, stunning views, connection, and delicious food at The Guardhouse Cafe. So excited to be offering our first Yoga & Dine event at Berry Head! 

We will be doing a Grounding Flow & Meditation to help connect with nature all whilst overlooking our stunning Devon coastline. Once we have finished our yoga practice we will head inside The Guardhouse Cafe where a beautifully dressed long table will await us for a wonderful meal filled with connection and good vibes. The table will have water, fruit, and olives to start then will be followed by a delicious Middle Eastern Platter, Babaganoush, Tabbouleh, Homemade Falafel, Hummus & Flatbread. *Any additional drinks are not included in the price but can be purchased (I will definitely be enjoying some wine with my meal!) Please let me know of any food allergies. 

We will meet at Berry Head Car Park at 5.45pm then head over towards the Guardhouse Cafe for the event. To anyone who hasn't been before please let me know when booking on and I can send over a google maps image.
