Women's Moon Circle

Join me in coming together every New Moon & Full Moon to honour and work in alignment with the divine energies of Mother Moon. Each Moon Circle is an opportunity to build connections with like-minded women & support one another. We will work with the wisdom of different astrologers that guide me through each moon cycle and create a sacred space for rituals, yoga, guided meditation, and journal time. 

Astrologer Francesca Oddie (love her wisdom & insight always resonates) says this is the first of 2 New Moons in Aries. Francesca says this New Moon speaks of culmination, romance, spiritual growth, and our ability to see silver linings. Bringing feelings of a fresh start that deeply inspire the culmination of wisdom from many lifetimes. At this time we can call on timelines from the past and future to understand the intentions that need to be set!

The structure for this moon circle will be as follows; 

> Begin with building a beautiful altar together using nature, crystals, and candles. Let's make Art together! 

> Cleanse our space ready for fresh energy. 

> Flow through a specifically designed yoga practice to help us work in alignment with the lunar energy. 

> Guided meditation to connect with our heart and intuition. 

> Journal Time - Intention Setting for New Moon.  

> Time for connection and support with herbal tea and delicious cake.
