We are so excited to share this unforgettable yoga & sound bath experience. We will be doing a 30 min grounding flow to the sound of the hand pan before preparing for a sound bath meditation. Gemma uses music as complementary medicine to improve health and wellbeing. Other benefits include reducing activity in stress hormones, bring clarity and balance, and improves sleep and relaxation. Which is a perfect combination for a gentle flow practice and guided meditation right! And what better time to do this magical class than at Sunset! I will have a notepad for you to journal your experience if you wish and a crystal to take home.

Meeting at Berry Head National Trust car park then walking down to the Quarry so we can be by the sea and have an incredible sound created by the Quarry for the relaxation. Bring your own mat or let me know if you require one and a blanket for relaxation so you can be nice and cosy. If I need to cancel due to weather forecasts I will send you all an email the evening before, but fingers crossed the sun god will be out for us! The yoga class will be suitable for all levels.
