Sunset Yoga Class

Water nourishes the body and soul. Connecting to it during your yoga practice will allow you to strengthen and relax your hips, release tension, and become more flexible and fluid. Sunset is such a magical to time to practice and connect with the elements. We also had the most stunning Super Full Moon this Tuesday. I hope you all managed to see it! The Full Moon is all about us celebrating the blossoming of our intentions, hopes and dreams. Counting our blessings, practising gratitude and expressing our joy. Come and join me for a Fiery Full Moon Flow with guided meditation, suitable for all levels. Bring your own mat and blanket and maybe a cheeky drink to have afterwards as it is Friday night!
