Sunset Yoga Class

Water nourishes the body and soul. Connecting to it during your yoga practice will allow you to strengthen and relax your hips, release tension, and become more flexible and fluid. Sunset is such a magical to time to practice and connect with the elements. Join me for an energising water element flow with guided meditation, suitable for all levels. Bring your own mat and blanket and maybe a cheeky drink to have afterwards as it is Saturday night!
