Sunset Yoga

Hey Lovelies,

Sunset Yoga is one of my pop-up outdoor classes and is definitely for the sun lovers (that's me for sure!). For this class we will be doing an hour's yoga class where the first half will be energetic and the second half calming, celebrating both the sun & moon, masculine and feminine energies. This class is a great way to end the week releasing any stress & tension with the body and connect with nature. As we flow the sun will be setting and once the class is over we will have time to admire the beautiful views of our wonderful Bay. There are limited spaces so booking is essential and of course is weather dependent so I will keep you all updated as we get closer to the date but it's looking glorious for this week. Bring your own mat, I would suggest also bringing along a blanket and warm clothes for the guided meditation. Any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch. Can't wait to see you there!
