Join me in an energising flow to awaken the body & grounding meditation to connect with the elements, all as the sunrises over our stunning coastline. This is also the same day as the New Moon so we will definitely be tapping into that energy too!

Yoga in nature is my favourite place to practice and there is nothing more magical than witnessing the sunrise on a new day at the same time. Come and join me for this unforgettable monthly sunrise yoga class. Connect with the elements, the mind, body & soul. An energising flow followed by a grounding meditation.
We will meet at Berry Head Car Park and head down to a stunning viewing point just to the right of the car park for the sunrise yoga class. Bring your own mat, blanket, and coffee if you will need one like me! But also let me know if you need a mat or blanket as I have some. I can't wait to see you beautiful souls there!
