Yoga in nature is my favourite place to practice and there is nothing more magical than witnessing the sunrise on a new day at the same time. We will be doing an energising vinyasa flow to awaken the body and finish with a grounding meditation to help you connect with the elements. Suitable for all levels.
We will meet at Berry Head Car Park and head down to the viewing point next to the lighthouse for the sunrise yoga class. Bring your own mat, blanket and coffee if you will need one like me! But also let me know if you need a mat or blanket as I have some. I can't wait to see you beautiful souls there! This event is weather dependent so please send me your contact number to be added to the WhatsApp group as I will keep everyone updated there.Â
