Sunrise Yoga

Learning about the wheel of the year with Seven Stars has brought about a deep connection with the Earth through observing the changes in the seasons. The wheel of the year, which is made up of the eight Sabbats allow for a time to honour, reflect, and celebrate different points of the year. Join me this Sunday (1st May at 05:45-06:45) Sunsrise Yoga to celebrate Beltane and the transition from Spring to Summer. Everything has come to life including ourselves and we are reminded that, where there has been darkness, light will always return. Beltane is the beginning of Summer, a season of high energy and of our hopes and dreams coming to fruition.

Join me for an energising vinyasa flow and grounding meditation, all as the sunrises over our beautiful coastline. We will meet at Berry Head Car Park and head down to the viewing point next to the lighthouse for the class. Bring your own mat, blanket and coffee if you will need one like me! But also let me know if you need a mat or blanket as I have some. I can't wait to have this magical experience with all you beautiful souls!
