Join me for this special class saluting the sun as it rises on a beautiful beach with breathtaking views, for those sun-seekers and early risers! Not that I am one but won't it be spectacular! Please bare in mind there are quite a few steps down to the beach so will be a bit of workout walking back up but will be feeling amazing from a lovely stretch on the beach. And you can always stay down at the beach after the class and have a dip in the sea or just hangout and enjoy this incredible beach.
