Beach Yoga is back! Awaken your soul, connect with nature & the elements. We will flow through an Energising Vinyasa Flow as the sun rises over this beautiful beach. A perfect beach for sunrise and yoga. Hope to sea you on the mat! 

We will meet at Sharkham Point Car Park for 4:45am (I know it's crazy early but it will be worth it!) and then head down together to the beach. To anyone who hasn't been to St Mary's Bay Beach there are a lot of steps but is most definitely worth it! Please add your mobile number to the booking form so I can keep you updated if the weather forecast changes. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
