Spring Mini Retreat

Not only do the seasons change but so do we and our lives. The key is to honour the rhythms of life and work in alignment with mother nature. At this time of the year, the Earth is in balance and invites us to reflect on what wants to awaken within us, begin to grow, and come to life. Marking the start of an inspiring fiery and passionate period that presents the opportunity for wisdom and growth. As nature begins to blossom and bloom so can we! The light and warmth increase, and we can embrace the fresh and new energy. 

The theme of this mini-retreat is new beginnings and gratitude and will include;

- A Balancing Yin Yang Yoga Flow to align with the energetic shift of this time of the year with essential oils.

- Nature Walk to Mansands and Guided Beach Meditation with the option for a quick sea swim too!

- Journal Ritual welcoming new beginnings.

- Intention Seed Planting.

- Time for nourishing nibbles, herbal teas, and connection.

We will be around a beautifully dressed Altar in the zen garden outside the barns for the duration so bring layers and blankets along with your mat if you have one and a notepad or journal. 

There will be time at the end of the workshop for nourishing nibbles and herbal tea around the fire with homemade cake and Demi will have her oracle cards! You won't want to miss this magical experience.
