About the event
The Spring Equinox is centered around REBIRTH and GROWTH marking the first day of Spring. This season is associated with dawn and new beginnings! And the energy at this time will fuel our growth, ignite our passions, and warm our spirits.Â
Join me in this special Spring Equinox Class of watching the sunrise, energising our bodies, and grounding our minds. We will salute and celebrate the growing SUN on this sacred day of balance. Vinyasa flow class followed by a guided meditation.
We will meet at Berry Head National Nature Reserve car park at 5:45am and together walk down to the end of Berry Head where the view is stunning and perfect for Sunrise Yoga! Make sure to wrap up warm as I expect it will be fresh and bring along a blanket for our sitting meditation. If you have a mat bring that along too and maybe a hot drink or water bottle for when we are finished!Â
