About the event
We will meet at Broadsands Beach car park next to the little cafe at 7:50am and walk up to the green for the class. Please bring your own mat but if you don't have one just let me know on the booking form. Class is suitable for all levels including Beginners. If I need to cancel due to weather forecasts I will send you all an email the evening before, but fingers crossed the sun god will be out for us! I can't wait to flow with you in this beautiful setting.
