About the event
It is a blessing and honour to bring together these sacred practices of Yoga and Sound Healing to support our community over throughout the seasons and it is so exciting to be back out in Nature.
Myself and Gemma have put together the most magical and enchanting evening at Berry Head which will include a grounding yoga flow accompanied by frequencies that will resonate throughout your mind, body, & soul to bring you rest, deep relaxation, and vibrations of love & healing. Working in alignment with the moon's energy to bring you a unique experience to support your whole being.
The session will include breath-work to ground and connect with the body, grounding yoga flow to gently release stagnant energy and connect with our natural environment, and a healing sound bath experience to calm the nervous system and bring clarity to the mind.
