Coastal Yoga & Hike

Join me for this unforgettable Coastal Walk & Yoga from Coleton - Scabbacombe - Coleton meeting at the national trust car park just to the left of Coleton (google maps image will be emailed closer to the event). We will walk along the country lane and down the cliff to Scabbacombe Sands admiring this stunning stretch of Devon Coastline. The views are EPIC!

When we get to the beach we will do an hour's yoga class, a full-body flow with guided meditation all as we look out to sea. We will have time for a dip in the sea if you are keen or simply enjoy relaxing on the beach. For this hike, we create a loop by walking back up an alternative route and we will take our time walking back so we can enjoy the stunning coastline.

Parts of this hike can be fairly strenuous with a steep descent down to Scabbacombe and in some places, the path is steep on the ascent but is nonetheless not to be missed! Bring your own mat, snacks, swimmers if you are keen, and ensure to wear the appropriate footwear for the walk.
