You should always do something that excites and scares you! I have dreamt about offering an event like this for a long long time (almost 4 yrs lol) but for many reasons, the timing was never right. However, since collaborating and meeting the incredible DJ Luna (my girl Laura) she has helped give me the encouragement and confidence to just GO FOR IT! AfroBeats Yoga incorporates dance into a yoga flow inspired by an incredible yoga teacher I follow called Brianna Daisy. High energy and fun vibes connecting rhythmic breath, sound, & movement. Leaving our ego at the door so we can enjoy the joyful beats, our beautiful bodies, and each other with no judgment. Yes, there will be some whinning so get those hips ready! There will be seasonal non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy throughout the event, a nice chill-out area with cushions, goddess cards, & crystals. With time to dance, socialise, and enjoy the good vibrations.
