Each class involves waking up the body, creating heat & energy with Sun Salutations then features a peak pose or sequence before ending in cool down and 10-minute grounding meditation. Suitable for all levels and bodies! An extraordinary yoga class within the English Riveria Geopark helping you to connect with 400 million old rocks underneath you!
